Code Red (firefighter drama, starring Lorne Greene and Andrew Stevens)

     (ABC Sunday nights, 1981 - 1982)

[this series was scheduled against formidable competition --
CBS "60 Minutes" -- and so it only lasted one season.]

Theme 2: "Theme from 'Code Red'"

[Since no composer credit for a Code Red THEME was found in
copyright records under the name of "Morton Stevens" (except
for the short "Bumper Themes" below, and since this filing
WAS found in copyright records; it's possible that Andrew
Stevens (born in 1955) who was the apparent co-star of the
series, was related to composer Morton Stevens (1929 - 1991)
and that this is actually the SAME composition as that of
Theme 1 above, listed in the ASCAP database for the purpose
of collecting performance royalties. If Morton and Andrew
were father and son, it's possible that Andrew wrote the
melody and father wrote the arrangement, for example...]
