The Best Of The Post (dramatic anthology)

    (Syndicated, 1960)

    [MGM produced this dramatic anthology with episodes based
     upon stories in the magazine "The Saturday Evening Post",
     which had been a tradition for decades in American homes
     known for its neo-realist style covers by famed artist
     and illustrator, Norman Rockwell; the magazine and the
     studio wrangled over the choice of producers and over
     whether to produce all of the episodes in color (they
     finally were); So it took three years to finish the
     package of 26 episodes on the MGM lot from 1957 to 1960;
     Final credits went to Jack Wrather Productions, and the
     distributor ITC (known originally as Independent Television
     Corporation)]
