Theme 1: "The Ballad of Gilligan's Isle (theme from 'Gilligian's Island' TV series)"

    [Above is the title as filed for copyright; The ASCAP database
     title variations include:
     aka: "Gilligan's Island";
     aka: "Gilligan's Island -Theme-"

     As with Schwartz's "Brady Bunch" THEME, this song was actually
     an integral part of the show -- since it was a way of giving
     necessary exposition of the situation...

     Originally the Theme song only mentioned certain characters --
     "There's Gilligan, the Skipper too, the Millionaire and his
     Wife -- the Movie Star, and the rest..." Supporting cast
     members Russell Johnson and Dawn Wells used to refer to
     themselves as "The Rest" on the set before producers for
     the successful series added "The Professor and Mary Ann"
     to the lyric.]
