Opening Theme 1: Glory of America - Arch,
                    from the "Structural Music" library, Vol. 20, No. 485

    [Theme verified with composer's score and recordings; Laszlo's
     THEMEs were used on the first (NBC) version of the TV series,
     and on the last season of the radio series; And another cue
     by Laszlo was used to introduce the first scene of each episode,
     which he recycled as "Glorification Arch" in his "Structural 
     Music" library -- see Theme #2 below]
