Brains and Brawn (game show)

    (NBC Primetime, 1958)

[This was a short-lived game show which had an ambitious
format: two contestants -- one playing the "brawn" portion
and a celebrity contestant playing the "brain" portion
comprised a team which competed with another team to win
     prizes.

As if that wasn't complicated enough, there were also
two hosts!! Fred Davis hosted the "Brain" portion, and
Jack Lescoulie hosted the "Brawn" portion.

Perhaps its complexity was part of the reason this series
went away fast after just three months]
